I’m at the Ventura County fair and found the Firestone tent. This is actually really refreshing and pretty tasty.
Day 1 for the Dead Ringer IPA
So it looks like everything is working well. This is the Dead Ringer IPA that we made yesterday. It’s a little on the warm side in the closet (high 70’s) but yeast seem happy.
