Walking back to my hotel from a show and I found this taproom. Schlafly Taproom. I haven’t done any research yet (except for drinking their beer) but I hope they are a larger brewery trying to pass themselves off as craft beer. What do I mean by that? They have solid beers but nothing phenomenal....
