This is a quick video of the Beer Barons putting their beer to bed. MrBaron1 saw this neat trick of wrapping your carboy in wet towels to keep the temperature low. This trick has kept our fermentors at around 68°. This really helps when it is 95°+ outside. Plus we can leave about 5 inches of water in the bathtub to keep the temp constant.
This is the fermentation from the next day. As you can see the beer was nice and happy in its cold wet towel.
